Summer is approaching fast.

Don’t believe me?

It’s almost March and even though summer doesn’t officially start until June, it gets warm quickly.

What does that mean?

shorts, short sleeves, light colors, swimsuits

To some, those words bring happiness and joy to their life. For others, those words bring anxiety and worry.

If you are a human being of any description, you should know what I’m talking about.

All that winter weight? That “last” piece of cake? Laying on the couch watching football (or looking at Pinterest)?

All of that is coming back to bite us in the butt.

I for one, am feeling those winter blues and I am planning on starting a diet and exercise regime ASAP.

You can choose to do the same or continue to look the way you do (which is wonderful). 

Either way, I will update my adventures and struggles on here, probably to seek support and show all of you what kind of ways you can get healthy in the dorms.
